Our position

Philosomatika streams music under a licensing model that covers its broadcasts. All audio remains the property of its respective artists, labels, and rights holders. We do not host user-uploaded content, and we do not offer downloads.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you are a rights holder (or an agent of one) and believe something in our streams or on our site infringes your rights, email support@philosomatika.fm with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:

• identification of the work you believe is infringed,
• where you encountered it (channel and approximate date and time, or page URL),
• your name, organization, and contact details,
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law,
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder,
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review every notice, respond promptly, and remove or stop playing material where a claim is substantiated.

Counter-notices and mistakes

If material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, write to the same address with the details and we will review it. Knowingly false claims of infringement can carry legal liability for the claimant, so please be sure before you file.
